With over 20+ offices around germany, the Business Unit People & Empowerment of the TÜV NORD GROUP is offering training and consultancy services across all industries

As their business environment is driven by continuous change, also their site and product portfolio needs to stay up-to-date to fulfill current and future demands.

Approach

To build a future-proof site strategy for growth, we reviewed their current product portfolio in the light of the top 55+ trends driving transformation across their business environment, and analysed each location through a customized and rigid scoring system on commercial success, current customer base and other strategic dimensions.

Outcome

The final site strategy contained:

  • 9 future markets offering growth opportunities to build up new products and 4 future markets to closely monitor
  • 19 cross-location and additional site specific measures to further improve overall business performance (on leadership and site level)
  • 10 strategic pillars derived from the portfolio and location analysis
