To build a future-proof site strategy for growth, we reviewed their current product portfolio in the light of the top 55+ trends driving transformation across their business environment, and analysed each location through a customized and rigid scoring system on commercial success, current customer base and other strategic dimensions.Outcome
The final site strategy contained:
