Where It All Began: A Legacy of strategic foresight, innovation and venture building

Bluemorrow’s journey is rooted in decades of experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a relentless drive to help businesses shape the future. Our partner’s story began with building two of Europe’s leading consultancies: Rohrbeck Heger, a pioneer in strategic foresight, and Spark Works, Switzerland’s foremost innovation consultancy. Both companies achieved exceptional growth, working with over 50 global clients across industries, before being successfully sold.

Mastering the Art of Venture Building

After these successes, we joined Europe’s largest independent venture builder, managing end-to-end innovation and venture projects for some of the world’s leading companies. This experience sharpened our ability to turn bold ideas into market-ready solutions and stand-alone, sustainable ventures. Along the way, we recognized an opportunity to rethink innovation – integrating strategy, foresight, and execution into one seamless process.
