Challenge

Our client, a local EMEA bank, aimed to enter the digital banking space but lacked clarity on what the market truly needed and how to position itself as a key player over the next 3 - 5 years.

The challenge was to define a clear strategy and value proposition that addressed local customer expectations and competitive dynamics.

Approach

Through comprehensive market, trend, customer, and competitor research, we uncovered needs and opportunities for the bank along 5 key personas. 

Building on this, we co-developed and validated and iterated various propositions. The ones with the strongest potential to build a future-proof, integrated offering were then included into a Board proposal and roadmap. 

Outcome

Our collaboration resulted in a clear, actionable roadmap & decision basis for digital banking market entry and growth.

The client is now set to subsequently launch two initial propositions, forming the foundation for a fully integrated digital banking offering designed to meet evolving market needs and secure a strong position in the coming years.
