Linda Armbruster

Linda operates at the intersection of design, strategy, innovation and venture creation. With a background in design, she brings a human-centered perspective to how organizations explore and unlock new opportunities. As a founder and innovation leader, she has worked across corporates, startups and academia, building and scaling ventures including her consultancy Spark Works.

Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she contributed to teaching and outreach programs at ETH Zürich and completed executive education in innovation and leadership at Stanford and Oxford. She also serves as innovation expert for Innosuisse and sits on the advisory board of a venture studio. Drawing on this experience, she designs innovation systems that connect ecosystems, apply portfolio discipline and leverage AI as a driver of sustainable growth.
