Bluemorrow was founded by four entrepreneurs and innovation leaders who shared a common conviction.

Across industries, we saw the same pattern: strategy defined but not executed, ideas generated but not scaled, ventures launched but disconnected from long-term direction. We believed innovation had to operate differently. Focused. Measurable. Directly tied to strategic intent.

So we built Bluemorrow to close this gap — integrating foresight, strategy, innovation and venture building into one coherent growth architecture.

Tobias is among the early pioneers of corporate foresight in Europe. With a Ph.D. focused on foresight in networks, he has spent his career shaping how organizations translate long-term signals into strategic direction. As a founder and exited entrepreneur, he has built and integrated consultancies, established venture studios, and anchored foresight in multinational corporations. He brings intellectual rigor and entrepreneurial execution together to design the long-term architecture behind sustainable growth.

Sebastian Knab

Sebastian combines deep academic grounding in business model innovation and sustainability transitions with extensive corporate strategy experience. He has built and led international consulting teams and advised companies across industries on reinventing their business models in times of systemic change. His focus lies in embedding foresight into real decision-making – translating future insights into actionable strategies, portfolio priorities and transformation programs.

Linda operates at the intersection of design, strategy, innovation and venture creation. As a founder and innovation leader, she has built and scaled organizations while working closely with corporates, startups and academic partners. Complemented by executive training in organizational leadership, she focuses on designing innovation systems that connect ecosystems, apply portfolio discipline and leverage AI where it creates real advantage. Her ambition is to turn opportunity spaces into scalable ventures and embed innovation as a lasting capability within the organization.
