Julia Schmidt specializes in foresight-driven strategy development, helping organizations across manufacturing, energy, and FMCG build resilient, long-term strategies that hold up against uncertainty. At Bluemorrow, she combines deep foresight expertise with a strong strategy consulting background to create insights that translate directly into strategic decision-making.

Before joining Bluemorrow, Julia advised large multinationals at Rohrbeck Heger, and gained further foresight experience at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. Earlier in her career she worked at BCG. She holds an Executive Certificate in Strategic Foresight from EDHEC Business School.
