As Marketing Manager at Bluemorrow, you will take full ownership of our marketing activities, working closely with our management and team to amplify our brand and generate inbound interest. Your responsibilities include:
Brand Awareness & Lead Generation
- Define and execute a marketing strategy with a clear focus on building brand awareness and generating inbound leads.
- Develop and maintain Bluemorrow’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all channels and materials.
- Create compelling narratives that make our work in foresight, innovation, and venture building accessible and engaging to target audiences.
SEO, AEO & Digital Presence
- Lead our search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy to drive organic traffic to our website.
- Develop and implement an AI engine optimisation (AEO) approach to ensure Bluemorrow is visible and well-represented in AI-powered search tools (e.g. Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Manage Bluemorrow’s digital channels including the website, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, continuously optimising for reach and conversion.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop a content calendar and produce high-quality content including articles, newsletters, social media posts, and case studies in close collaboration with our team.
- Translate complex consulting topics into clear, engaging stories that resonate with our target audiences.
- Support the creation of branded collateral such as flyers, one-pagers, and event materials.
Events
- Identify, plan, and manage Bluemorrow’s presence at relevant external events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
- Conceptualise and organise Bluemorrow’s own events.
- Develop event-specific communications and materials to maximise impact before, during, and after each event.
