Michael Durst is the founder of ITONICS, the data-driven innovation ecosystem platform he built to scale innovation in a systematic, collaborative, and integrated way across organizations. With a PhD from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and years of experience in management consulting, he previously led innovation and research at adidas before founding ITONICS in 2009.

A recognized thought leader in digital disruption, strategic foresight, and emerging technologies, Mike has given keynotes at international conferences and published in academic outlets including Technological Forecasting and Social Change. He has also served as a professor in information technology and management.
