Henning has designed and led venture studio structures for multiple corporates, successfully spinning off and scaling ventures across markets. With an engineering background and hands-on fintech experience, he combines technical depth with commercial execution. He is driven by bringing validated ideas to market fast, achieving early product–market fit, and scaling them into sustainable, multi-market growth platforms.
