For more than 15 years, Sebastian has helped shape the corporate foresight field in Europe, with a particular focus on making foresight actionable for strategy, innovation and business building. Combining methodological rigor with practical application, his work helps organizations move from exploring the future to acting on it. He regularly speaks at international conferences, publishes on strategic foresight and innovation, and lectures in academic and executive education. Sebastian holds a PhD on business model innovation in large-scale industry transitions.
