Alan Cabello is a seasoned innovator, entrepreneur, and educator with 16+ years of experience in corporate transformation. He co-founded Spark Works and Sparkademy, built innovation programs at ETH Zurich, and led ventures at Swiss Re and Allianz – bringing a rare perspective at the intersection of startups, corporates, and academia.

With degrees from ETH Zurich, Harvard, and the University of St. Gallen, Alan has deep expertise in innovation strategy, capability building, and digital transformation. As Board Advisor, he supports Bluemorrow in strengthening its impact model and scaling foresight-driven innovation.
