- Share a well-founded view on how receivables management, collections and NPL markets are likely to evolve over the next decade.
- Explain the strategic value drivers of the business, such as portfolio quality, cost-to-collect, data and automation, and capital structure.
- Assess the impact of economic cycles, regulation, consumer credit behaviour and technology (e.g. automation, AI).
Expert Dialogue and Future Perspectives
- Take part in structured expert interviews and, where useful, in workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Bring an informed view on emerging developments, new market entrants and new or adjacent business models, including links to payments and retail finance, and assess their plausibility and attractiveness.
Review and Sparring
- Review interim findings and assumptions for market realism, and challenge them from a practitioner's perspective.
- Explain complex market and regulatory dynamics clearly to a non-specialist, executive audience.
